There is a lot to hear!

We enjoy the wonderful winter weather recently, and post some pictures of  Fjellkysten in the winter. Notice the ski tracks that go all the way to the front door. We hope for lots of good weather throughout the winter, with great opportunities for winter activities.

In the last few days the northern lights has been playing across the night sky in northern Norway and Lavangen. Fjellkystens own Ståle Markussen took on his warmest suit, took the camera and walked to the beach. There he stayed untill the camera battery was empty. Here we show the amazing pictures. If you look closely you can make out the northern lights reflected in the fjord. We look forward to  new northern lights adventures and welcome any great pictures of the lights.

Today we got a great report in Suddeutche Zeitung. The report tells of the wonderful vacation opportunities in Lavangen and all the opportunities in the fine nature.

We currently have a fantastic Northern Lights here in Lavangen. Due to low light pollution from the environment, gives the Northern Lights here with us  a wonderful effect

The festival is a shaman festival which includes seminars, exhibition, entertainment and a youth part. We look forward to the festival that has received widespread attention both nationally and internationally. Great iceclimbing conditions in Lavangen and the area around.You could find frosen waterfalls almost everyvhere around here and you could stay at our place, and rent a car from us to travel around. There is planed  courses in iceclimbing i mars, the dates will come soon.
